Built so you'd never have to think about the curb.
Curb Cleans is a recurring exterior cleaning service started in the East Bay in 2024 — bins, driveway, windows, gutters, and solar, on one subscription. We're insured and obsessed with the boring details: photo proof, water reclaim, on-time arrival windows. The mission is simple — make the upkeep you used to dread into something you forget about entirely.
Why we exist
Your home's exterior is a pile of small chores you never get to — the bins, the driveway, the windows, the gutters before the rains. None of them is hard. Together they're a standing to-do list. We don't think of the cleaning itself as the work — that's the easy part. The actual work is making the whole thing not require a single thought from you. No calls, no reminders, no juggling vendors. You set a cadence; one team shows up, every time.
“We measure ourselves not by spotless surfaces. By how often customers forget we exist between visits — and how reliably the photo proof shows up anyway.”
How we work
Every Curb Cleans truck is self-contained: 200-gallon fresh-water tank, 4 kW generator, hot-water pressure washer, professional-grade sanitizer, vacuum-recovery system. Wastewater never touches your driveway or the storm drain — it goes back in the truck for proper disposal at our depot, in line with local stormwater rules in every county we operate in.
The hardware is the easy part. The promise is operational: a uniformed technician arrives in a two-hour window you'll see live the morning of service, handles every service on your plan, photographs before-and-after, leaves everything exactly as it was, and is gone before you finish breakfast.
What we won't do
- Sell your data. We don't share addresses or visit logs with anyone outside the service relationship.
- Subcontract. Every visit is performed by a Curb Cleans employee, in uniform, in our equipment.
- Hidden fees. One flat rate per plan. Cancel anytime. Pause anytime. No deep-clean upcharges.
- Lock-in. No contracts, no minimums. If you don't want it next month, you don't pay for next month.
